SolvePath will notify any relevant experts about your question, so you do not have to worry if you do not know who to contact.
In order to notify a specific person or group of people about a question, all you have to do is @mention them. After the [email protected] sign, simply type the individual’s name or the name of the group or team.
Tags categorize the questions in the system by topic, enabling searches to be faster and more accurate.
Automatic tagging means that SolvePath analyzes your question and tags it with relevant topics so that you do not have to remember to do so yourself.
Yes – you can tag any additional topics or colleagues that you would like.
Yes – you can remove any topics or experts that SolvePath tags to your questions.
Any user can suggest edits; however, only the author or an administrator can approve edits to officially make a change in SolvePath.
SolvePath provides several options for content organization. You can view questions and answers through a number of filters, such as My Feed, Company Feed, Trending Topics, Teams, and more.
When you follow a question, you’ll receive a notification anytime there is a new development – such as an answer or an edit – related to the question.
When you like an answer, you are endorsing the answer and the colleague who posted it. You can like an answer even if you did not ask the question.
When you accept an answer, it means that you are satisfied with the answer you have received. There can only be one accepted answer for any given question, and only two people who have the ability to accept an answer: the person who asked the question or an administrator.
Yes – these questions will still appear in the company feed.
Yes – if you can see it, then you can like it.
Yes – with SolvePath you can attach files, images, or links to your questions and answers.
Yes – next to the post it states how many days or hours ago the information was shared.
Our philosophy at Senexx and the beauty of SolvePath is that there will never be duplicate questions. When someone asks a question, SolvePath first suggests similar questions and answers that are already in the system. A new question will only be posted in SolvePath if the asker cannot find what they are looking for amongst these suggestions.
SolvePath does not yet have an integrated chat system; however, we are working on developing one.
We do not yet have a SolvePath app. However, SolvePath is fully functional on mobile devices, and we are working on developing a native app.
We do not have an official user guide, but once you are a registered SolvePath user you do have access to site walk-thrus, as well as short video tutorials.
